FLEXTeller Online Banking
With Cochise Credit Union's FLEXTeller Online Banking, your account information is always a click away. Flexteller is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and offers safe and secure access to your account information. You can:

  • Check your account balance
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • View and print cancelled checks
  • View holds on your account
  • Pay your bills
  • Make loan payments

Bill Pay
Bill Pay is a free service for all members that allows you to receive, pay, and track all of your bills online – avoiding the need to write checks, mail bills, or pay for postage. Simply schedule your payments and the funds are automatically withdrawn from your designated Cochise Credit Union checking account on the date you have specified the bill be paid. To enroll, please contact us at 520-384-2822 or 1-800-428-2822.

E-Statements
You must be enrolled with FlexTeller online Banking before you can apply for e-statements. If you are not already enrolled with FlexTeller Home Banking, please contact us at 520-384-2822 or 1-800-428-2822. To apply for E-statements:

  • Log in to FLEXTeller Online Banking
  • Click on the "User Profile" tab
  • Select "Manage Email"
  • Add your email address OR verify that the existing email (shown) is correct
  • Read Agreement to Consent to Electronic Delivery of Information
  • Click on (I Agree)
  • Click (Submit)

When you sign up for e-statements you will begin receiving your account statement online instead of in the mail. An email notification will be sent to you when your statement is available to view online. If you do not receive an email notification when your statement is available to view online, please contact us.

eAlerts
Stay connected to your Cochise Credit Union account with the enhanced eAlerts feature in our FLEXTeller online Banking! eAlerts are notifications sent to you via email or text message regarding pre-set transactions or events that take place on your account. You control how and when you receive the eAlerts of your choice, it's that simple!

Notifications include:

  • Low balance alerts
  • Deposit postings
  • Debits or withdrawal notifications
  • Daily Balance updates
  • Loan payment due date notifications

There is no monthly fee for eAlerts, however, text messaging fees may apply. Please refer to your mobile phone company for individual text message fee plans. To sign up for eAlerts:

  • Log in to FLEXTeller Online Banking
  • Click on the "Services" tab
  • Select "Manage eAlerts"
  • Read Agreement to Consent to Electronic Delivery of Information
  • Click on (I Agree)
  • Click (Submit)
