Bill Pay

Bill Pay is a free service for all members that allows you to receive, pay, and track all of your bills online - avoiding the need to write checks, mail bills, or pay for postage. Simply schedule your payments and the funds are automatically withdrawn from your designated Cochise Credit Union checking account on the date you have specified the bill be paid. Mobile Banking/Remote Deposit Capture

Cochise Credit Union Mobile App is now available for Android and Apple mobile devices. You can now manage your accounts anytime - anywhere.

Remote Deposit Capture

Our mobile app is also equipped with Remote Deposit Capture so you can deposit checks to your account right from your smart phone. The maximum daily amount that can be deposited via Remote Deposit Capture is $2,000. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your registration is approved.

Complete the Remote Deposit Capture Agreement

To qualify for Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) your account must be opened for 90 days. The primary member on the account must be 18 years of age and an active FlexTeller user. Additional requirements are: All accounts must be in good standing, no NSF in the last 6 months and a valid email address. We may establish other criteria for determining the eligibility at our sole discretion. You or we may terminate the Service on any account at any time and for any reason.

E-Statements

You must be enrolled with Mobicint online Banking before you can apply for e-statements. If you are not already enrolled with Mobicint Home Banking, please contact us at 520-384-2822 or 1-800-428-2822. To apply for E-statements:

  • Log in to Mobicint Online Banking
  • Click on the "User Profile" tab
  • Select "Manage Email"
  • Add your email address OR verify that the existing email (shown) is correct
  • Read Agreement to Consent to Electronic Delivery of Information
  • Click on (I Agree)
  • Click (Submit)

When you sign up for e-statements you will begin receiving your account statement online instead of in the mail. An email notification will be sent to you when your statement is available to view online. If you do not receive an email notification when your statement is available to view online, please contact us.

eAlerts

Stay connected to your Cochise Credit Union account with the enhanced eAlerts feature in our Mobicint online Banking! eAlerts are notifications sent to you via email or text message regarding pre-set transactions or events that take place on your account. You control how and when you receive the eAlerts of your choice, it's that simple!

Notifications include:

  • Low balance alerts
  • Deposit postings
  • Debits or withdrawal notifications
  • Daily Balance updates
  • Loan payment due date notification

Push Notifications via mobile device

Push notifications automatically notify members of specific events on their mobile device. The following push notifications for your Mobile Device are currently available:

  • Deposits-A push notification will be generated every time a deposit over the specified amount is recorded on the selected account.
  • Withdrawals Notification-A push notification will be generated every time a withdrawal over the specified amount is recorded on the selected account.
  • Payments Due-Receive a push notification before your loan.s due date. You choose how many days in advance you wish to receive the notifications.
How Do I Get Push Notifications for my Mobile Device?

Sign in to the mobile app, select "Notifications" from the Menu and then enable push notifications. Start using push notifications for your Mobile Device to make sure you never miss important account information.
